Screen Therapy

My best friend and I are treasure hunters.

We scour the countryside for little caches

full of trinkets, books of signatures and adventure.

Hunt down book fortresses-

libraries full of poetry tomes and grimoires of fantasy tales.

Wander the aisles of historic monuments of vintage memories

and pocket up small favors and rescue glassware ladies.

Spend hours on the internet and form wish lists

of next virtual conquest as we gossip out hexes, spells

and fortunes to tuck in the corners of our magical lairs.

My best friend and I love to spend the evenings shopping

and commiserate with window or screen therapy.
