I indulge my muses

of words and images
ideas layering each other
and I feed my appetite
my imagination is hungry
and I am thankful
my creativity hunts down projects
I allow my hands and mind
to devour them down
piece by piece
filling me with bursts of color
explosion of words
this is art
and I am grateful
it overflows
and I feast on it daily
