Venom

Slowly drink down the moon
And the night rolls from my tongue
Hiding within a fog that tangles around my body
Little cobwebs threading themselves together
So the spiders in my eyes will find you
Each blink another bite, teeth grazing skin
Blistering and inflamed, the venom of my hello
I keep testing your boundaries
So every sentence winds you tighter
And I slowly drain you with every smile
