A flurry of bubbles filling the air
Floating and dancing high above our heads
A snowstorm of suds, layering the crowd
My son laughs as he makes himself a snowman
Head to toe bubbles cover him
He dances to the music, he dances with the crowd
These are the moments, capturing smiles
As winter comes in August
In a flurry of bubbles coating our skin
Gathering upon our feet
Stomping ourselves free
Bubbles floating up, up away into the sky
A runaway bouquet of balloons
We all watch, pointing
Tracing their path
Until the bubbles swallow us up once again
We are hurricanes, twirling and twisting
In a flurry of bubbles creating
A snowstorm in August
