Summer Dances

The summer

Dances forever

Tumbles and shouts

The last light

A picture

Sight for

You and I

Gather up slowly

To save

Within palms

These will be

Our pictures for

This summer

Lingers forever

Shimmers and fizzles

As it fades

Into autumn

And we

Will remember abridged

Upon our tongues
